This website is operated by QSHOT Beverage Private Limited (CIN: U56300MH2025PTC450299), incorporated in Maharashtra, India. References to “QSHOT”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to QSHOT Beverage Private Limited.

2. Online store, orders & payment

This website operates an online store through which you can purchase QSHOT products. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

When you place an order and complete payment, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if payment cannot be verified — in which case we will arrange a full refund of any amount paid.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials; these are handled directly by the payment provider under its own security standards. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Product information and claims

All product descriptions, ingredient disclosures, and nutritional information presented on this site reflect the formulation as currently designed. Nutrition values are based on formulation intent and are subject to final commercial batch testing. Claims marked “subject to approved commercial labelling” will be confirmed against final batch data before appearing on product labels.

QSHOT does not make medical or therapeutic claims for any of its products. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, the QSHOT trademark, the ZÉPHY product name, and related branding — is the intellectual property of QSHOT Beverage Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without express written permission. A patent application has been filed in relation to this product. Unauthorised replication of the formulation concept may infringe pending intellectual property rights.

5. Launch-list submissions

By submitting the launch-list form, you are expressing interest in QSHOT ZÉPHY and consenting to receive updates. Submission does not guarantee product availability, allocation, or pricing. QSHOT reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the product launch without liability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QSHOT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, its content, or any product purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
