1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you with options or issue a full refund.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier conditions. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is currently free on all orders placed through this website. Applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details by email after dispatch. You may also contact us at any time for an update on your order.

6. Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address may attract additional charges.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
