Returns & Refunds
1. Our products
QSHOT products are sealed food and beverage items. For reasons of safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, except where there is a genuine quality or safety defect.
2. When we offer a replacement or refund
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is expired or near expiry on arrival. Please report any such issue within 7 days of delivery.
3. How to raise a request
Email care.qs@theqshot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. This helps us resolve your request quickly.
4. Refunds
Once we have verified the issue, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method, through our payment partner Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund — simply email us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still qualify for a replacement or refund under the conditions above.
6. Non-returnable items
Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return except in the case of a genuine quality or safety defect.
